Refund Policy
All our Customers are eligible to claim a full refund in case the Customer does not receive the product within a maximum of 9 working days from the date of accepted orders (duly acknowledged by us in writing) for all deliveries within Kenya. Additionally, in case of products received in defective or damaged condition, Customers are eligible to claim a full refund provided the intimation of defect or damage is given to us in writing along with a photograph of the product clearly depicting the damage or defect within 24 hours of receipt of such defective/damaged product/s. The responsibility of couriering the defective/damaged product/s rests with the Customer. Credible Jewels shall be liable for full refund of the product price only and shall not be liable for any other costs or damages whatsoever, either explicit or implied.
For deliveries outside Kenya, shipment is subject to and is governed by applicable laws of the respective receiving country. Most of these are outside our control and jurisdictions. Hence we offer no Delivery Schedule or commitments. However, in case a Customer does not receive the package even after a reasonable period of time (which, in some cases, can be in excess of a few months) and in case the package is returned back to us in a ‘not tampered’/ ‘withheld’/’confiscated’ by the receiving country’s customs, we shall offer a full refund.
