Delivery Policy

At Credible Jewels, Nairobi, Kenya, we ensure that all items ordered will be delivered to you in good condition anywhere you are in Kenya. We understand how important safe and fast delivery is to you, so we strive to deliver all your orders in the shortest time possible. We have different shipping methods depending on your location. Refer to our shipping zones for more information about locations.

Standard Nairobi Shipping

All orders for Nairobi County delivery can be delivered on the same day provided the order is completed before 1 pm on the given day.

After completing your order and making full payment, your order will be delivered within the same day for orders received till 1 pm and the next working day for orders received after 1 pm. In case of any delays due to unavoidable circumstances, we assure you that the delivery shall be completed the subsequent day and you shall be notified by our team appropriately.

We are open on weekends from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. All orders scheduled for weekend delivery will be delivered between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

We deliver to areas within Nairobi such as Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Runda, BuruBuru, Riverside, Westlands, Roysambu, Muthaiga, Loresho, Kilimani, Imara Daima, Upperhill, Ngong Road, Mombasa Road, Thika Road, and more!

Delivery within Nairobi county is FREE!

Nairobi Environs (Slightly Outside Nairobi County)

All orders scheduled for delivery within the Nairobi Metropolitan area will be delivered on the next day of order and payment completion.

These areas include:
Parts of Kiambu County, e.g., Ruiru all the way to Juja,
Uthiru to Kikuyu on Waiyaki Way and environs,
Kiambu Road from Thindigwa to Kiambu Town,
Ruaka, Kabete,
Parts of Kajiado, including Ngong Town,
Ongata Rongai, Kitengela up to Yukos, etc.
Parts of Machakos County, including Athi River up to Greatwall Gardens,
Ruai, Utawala.

We are unable to provide a specific delivery timeline for deliveries. Our charges for delivery within the above area is Ksh 50.00.

Standard Outside Nairobi Shipping Two Day Delivery

All jewelry and gifts scheduled for delivery outside Nairobi will be delivered within two working days. When placing an order via our website, please read the description box to find out whether the item is available for delivery outside Nairobi.

Normally, our couriers deliver to addresses within 10 km radius of a given town.In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, or in case the package is not delivered to the stated address, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from the  Courier offices.

For deliveries to towns in the Eastern and North Eastern regions (Lodwar, Marsabit, Isiolo), we will need a delivery timeline of 2-3 days as we need to use a third-party fulfillment service.

The cost for this shipping method is Ksh. 500.

 

Worldwide Shipping via DHL Express

When we ship orders outside Kenya via DHL Express, delivery can take three to 21 working days. DHL will offer a tracking ID, which can be applied on their website. Please note that Credible Jewels is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their shipping countries. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

To determine your shipping charges to the preferred address, please contact us via phone, WhatsApp or email and based on your inputs we shall share an estimate based on the current DHL charges.

The charges can range from Ksh. 1,500 onwards and do not cover import taxes or customs.

What Can You Do to Make Delivery Easier for Us?

For deliveries outside Nairobi which contain addresses that are not clear, the Courier team may not be able to deliver. In that case, the recipient may be required to pick the items up from their offices in the town where the item is meant to be delivered.
